The location of Campanile Wroclaw Centrum is fantastic—just steps away from Wroclavia Shopping Mall and local dining options. The staff genuinely stood out with their patience and readiness to assist.

Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness left something to be desired, particularly with one towel being dirty. The air conditioning in my room wasn't effective, making for a couple of uncomfortable nights.

The young receptionist was exceptionally helpful in resolving our request and the proximity to the Wroclavia shopping center made finding food options very convenient.

The hotel boasts great proximity to Wroclaw Aquapark, ideal for families looking for fun. Our room was decent with necessary amenities, and the staff showed thoughtful assistance, especially when we arrived with our non-service dog, making it a comfortable stay overall.

My wife says that the cleanliness could be better throughout the rooms.

The location was choice, heaps close to Wroclavia Shopping Mall, but the WiFi situation was a massive hassle, seriously annoying having to renew my access every day.

The stay was quite cozy! Facilities were excellent and my little emergency with the sink plug was fixed same day. Plus, the staff were friendly, just what I needed.

I felt like a secret agent with one silly room card for three people. The bathroom could use a proper toilet brush. I mean, come on!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful two-night stay. The staff were helpful, assisting us promptly with room changes when needed. The breakfast buffet impressed us with its variety and freshness. I recommend trying the evening meals, particularly the delicious falafel and chicken burger!
